Everybody loves Dosas! In India they are perhaps equivalant in popularity to a burger, pizza, or taco/burrito, but much more healthy. Dosas are sure to be a family favorite! Come experience the process of creating a dosa and eat them so that you will know what all the craze is about!



Menu:
Fresh wholesome ingredients..

Dosa (rice and lentil wheat free option for allergy suffers). This takes preparation as you soak the rice and lentil, grind...the let ferment 12-14 hours.
Potatoes and onion subji w/ peas used to stuff/roll the crepe like dosa.
Sambar (lentil and vegetables, with fresh ground spice mixes)
Chutney (two types) Sweet Lassie (with secrets for making home made fresh culture yogurt) Pulab.
